As a Private Client Investment Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will represent the brand and interact with clients, offering investment solutions to meet their financial needs. You will provide exceptional client service, operational marketing, and administrative support to Private Client Advisors. Your role involves managing operational requests like account opening, money movement, and investment trades with precision and promptness. You will assist Advisors in fostering and preserving client relationships, conducting account reviews, and promoting firm services. Responsibilities include active participation in Risk Management, supporting business unit operational processes, and complying with regulatory requirements. You will prioritize daily tasks, track progress, meet deadlines, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days as a condition of employment.
  • If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is required.
  • A valid and active Series 66 (or 63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information.
  • Assist Advisors with ongoing wealth planning for clients and referral source management and new lead generation.
  • Manage relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services to deepen client relationships.
  • Prepare timely and accurate performance reports.
  • Actively engage in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, Account Reviews, and Inquiries.
  • Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required operational forms and documentation).
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress for current work, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and foster team culture.
