About The Position

We are looking for a high-velocity Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our financial services team. You won't just be managing workflows; you’ll be the architect of our daily efficiency, ensuring airtight compliance, and bridging the gap between our front-office ambitions and back-office precision. Requirements

  • Strong focus on providing exemplary client service.
  • Excellent grammar and possess phone/office etiquette.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology is preferred.
  • General understanding of the securities regulations is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Financial/Securities industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Performs operational or administrative functions for client related requests.
  • Books in cash/checks, issues receipts and accurately balances daily.
  • Books in securities, issues receipts and accurately balances daily.
  • Assists in the opening of customer accounts and processes changes.
