About The Position

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC is seeking a Private Client Associate to provide client service and administrative support to The Gormley Furlong Wealth Advisory Group. This role supports client relationships, account administration, and internal coordination to help deliver a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Prior office experience and client service experience required
Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
Strong client service orientation with professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ACT)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work 5 days a week in person

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous service
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests appropriately
Proactively utilize available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management
Assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns
Provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries, knowledgeable in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology
Connect with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships
Anticipate potential issues and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary
