About The Position

As a Private Client Associate, you will play an integral role in the success of the Janney branch. You will assist in servicing and growing client relationships, working closely with a team of New Hope based Janney Financial Advisors (“FAs”) to enhance and grow their business. You will help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns. You may be asked to perform operational responsibilities as well.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use new technology.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• High ethical standards.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.
• Prior office experience preferred but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing and growing client relationships.
• Work closely with a team of Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
• Perform operational responsibilities as needed.
• Provide excellent telephone service to clients and potential clients, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail.
• Compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Proactively utilize available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management.
• Assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
• Provide quick responses to FA and client inquiries using firm technology.
• Anticipate potential issues and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary.
