Requirements

Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.
A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities.
Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
Act independently with minimal direction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and work with centers of influence.

Nice To Haves

Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities
