Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HNW private client accounts
Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with EPIC or similar agency management platforms preferred

Responsibilities

Manage complex HNW private client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
Handle renewals, coverage reviews, and carrier relationships with precision and professionalism
Provide high-touch client service, addressing client needs promptly and effectively
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage options
Utilize and adapt to multiple systems, including agency management platforms (EPIC) and CRM tools
Maintain strong organizational skills to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid environment
