Requirements

• Trained in culinary school and/or restaurant kitchens.
• Combination of fine dining and private chef experience.
• At least three years of professional kitchen experience.
• Comfortable cooking in high-net worth households.
• Professionalism, creativity, and confidence.
• Technical skill.
• Calm, can-do attitude.
• Passion for hospitality.
• Accredited kitchen experience and/or strong private chef backgrounds.
• Comfortable operating solo.
• Ability to make decisions on the fly.
• Clear, proactive communication.
• Responsiveness.
• Detail-oriented.
• Respectful communication.
