Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience
- A heart for serving seniors
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification
- Experience with dementia or geriatrics
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship
- Providing the assistance needed in activities of daily living
- Providing emotional support, patience and reassurance to residents
- Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment for those acclimating to a new home setting
- Provide basic education and reminders to residents on safe movement, use of assistive devices and self-care plans.
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with grooming, dressing or eating.
