We are currently seeking a Private Banking Specialist to join our team in Wichita, KS. The Private Banking Specialist is responsible for customer service, administration, and account management. A successful candidate will have: A strategic mindset and track record of making sense of complex and sometimes conflicting information. Strong communication skills, across various modes and audiences. An attitude and aptitude for continuous improvement. Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, vendors, and professional contacts. An understanding of and commitment to our values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous premier client services required.
  • Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers consistent, high-quality service and interacts professionally with all internal and external clients.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all bank matters.
  • Fosters ongoing client communication that improve banking relationships by gaining insight into clients’ needs.
  • Responds to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Performs clerical processes regarding correspondence.
  • Researches, assembles information and creates special reports of account assets and activities, as requested.
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of business development functions.
  • Maintains client database for mailing and reports.
  • Relays details of overdrafts and records responses daily.
  • Provides backup and administrative support to associates as necessary.
  • Documents standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes.
  • Supports special projects as needed.
  • Inputs loan applications and new deposit accounts in appropriate systems; updates records and completes maintenance requests; responds to client requests, seeks resolution and escalates issues and account developments as needed; demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job.
