Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • General Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and problem solving
  • Understanding of deposit and loan operations to include documentation and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers.
  • Key role in retention of valuable customers.
  • Work closely with relationship managers and manager of wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements.
  • Handle phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as required.
  • Maintain working knowledge of bank products and operational systems.
  • Facilitate opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems.
  • Respond to client questions and requests with alternative solutions.
  • Lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents.
  • Handle loans, advances, payments, and any other maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio.
