Private Banking Relationship Support Representative

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years related experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service, sales, and problem solving
- Understanding of deposit and loan operations to include documentation and procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers.
- Key role in retention of valuable customers.
- Work closely with relationship managers and manager of wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements.
- Handle phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as required.
- Maintain working knowledge of bank products and operational systems.
- Facilitate opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems.
- Respond to client questions and requests with alternative solutions.
- Lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents.
- Handle loans, advances, payments, and any other maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio.
