About The Position
Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our La Crosse office as a Private Banking Officer. This role works closely with our retail and business banking teams to deliver exceptional service, support customer relationships, and elevate the overall banking experience for our valued customers. Private Banking at Citizens State Bank takes customer service to the next level. Our Private Banking Officers focus on helping VIP customers simplify and enhance their financial needs through the full range of products and services available to our retail customers, including deposits, HELOCs, second mortgages, credit cards, overdraft protection, and personal lines of credit. This individual plays a key role in supporting relationship and business bankers by assisting with account opening, servicing, and ongoing client needs. As a Private Banking Officer, you will solicit and service customers by opening and maintaining deposit accounts, assisting with account servicing requests, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience. In addition, this role will work closely with the Treasury Management Officer to assist with onboarding and servicing Treasury Management business accounts, helping to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and strong follow-through.
