Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and advocacy, with a proven ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service in any professional setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to earn trust and inspire confidence among discerning clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing complex accounts or projects.
  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn new industries and processes; experience in finance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage live leads and utilize data mining to identify tailored financial opportunities.
  • Drive outbound sales and provide valuable financial education to clients.
  • Act as the welcoming face and voice of Physician Bank, ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience across phone, text, video messaging, and email.
  • Guide clients through digital banking setups, password security, and account linking.
  • Handle high-level account maintenance, including external transfer limits, P2P setup, wire transfers, and "move money" transactions.
  • Manage complex account changes, travel notices, Reg E disputes, and tax form retrievals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal consumer loans.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with mortgage lenders to assist with service inquiries, escrow, insurance, and tax forms for both retained and sold mortgages.
  • Maintains the highest standards for confidentiality and security.
  • Participates in all required BSA training and demonstrates knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for security as it applies to this position.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
