Privacy Platform Management Own and optimize privacy platforms, ensuring they are accessible, compliant, and user-friendly for diverse consumer populations. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams to maintain effective privacy tools and workflows. 2. Consumer Rights & Experience Ensure consumer rights requests are handled fairly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Continuously improve the Privacy Center experience to support accessibility and inclusion for all users. 3. Monitoring & Reporting Track performance metrics, compliance deadlines, and operational effectiveness. Provide insights that drive continuous improvement and equitable customer experiences. 4. Project & Enhancement Delivery Lead privacy tool enhancements and cross-functional projects. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical solutions. 5. Risk & Compliance Support Support audits, control assessments, and compliance reviews. Find and address risks while maintaining governance practices. 6. Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure privacy solutions meet business and customer needs. Foster inclusive collaboration across teams and functions. 7. Continuous Improvement Resolve operational issues, improve processes, and increase automation. Promote scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience. 8. Documentation & Governance Maintain clear process documentation, standards, and operating procedures. Support consistent and equitable privacy operations. 9. Change Management Prepare the organization for privacy-related regulatory and policy changes. Coordinate testing, communication, and adoption of new processes and tools. 10. Training & Awareness Be a subject matter expert on privacy operations and consumer rights. Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in privacy, compliance, or data operations
  • Experience managing consumer rights workflows (DSARs, opt-outs, deletion)
  • Experience with privacy platforms (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, Transcend) and consent/DSAR tools
  • Working knowledge of U.S. privacy laws (CPRA, VCDPA, etc.) and consumer rights requirements
  • Manage SLAs, track KPIs, and improve workflows through data-driven insights
  • 5+ years of experience supporting audits, controls, and compliance processes
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and translating requirements for technical teams
  • Stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams
