Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager (Third Party)
About The Position
The Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager is responsible for providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCare’s program to oversee third party audits/monitoring reviews, contracted privacy support, and manages third party privacy related projects and initiatives. This position serves as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights. The Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager communicates expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to all levels of leadership and department staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security) or comparable certification required
- Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare
- Three (3) years of compliance (including government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or security experience required
Nice To Haves
- Certification in ADA, DEI or related area preferred
