About The Position

The Privacy Analyst will support the company's Legal and Privacy team by managing critical privacy compliance activities, including Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). This individual will partner with Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to help ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other privacy regulations within a highly regulated healthcare environment. The role requires a strong experience in privacy compliance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in Privacy, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or Information Security.
  • Experience supporting GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA compliance programs.
  • Exposure to vendor risk management, privacy audits, incident response, or data governance initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or related field.
  • Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM are a plus.
  • Experience within healthcare, medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy management, DSAR, and GRC platforms is desirable.
