In this role, you’ll be essential to producing high-quality prints that meet our exacting standards, operating specialized equipment with precision and care. Requirements

2+ years of digital printing experience required
1 year of experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
Self-starter with the ability to set and meet goals throughout the day as well as adjust priorities based on unforeseen changes
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
Willing and able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care
Manage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule
Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups
Handle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing
Focus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses
Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands’ high expectations
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
