About The Position

Bring Graphics to Life as Our Printer Operator Are you ready to contribute to high-impact event visuals with precision and speed? The Expo Group is seeking a Printer Operator to produce large-format graphics and signage for trade shows and events. This onsite, part-time role is based in our Orlando, Florida office , and is essential to delivering exceptional client-facing visuals that elevate the event experience.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in large format printing or graphic production.
Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), time management, color correction, ICC profiles, and ability to follow written instructions independently.
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs.
Work in an enclosed print production environment with UV inks, repetitive machine noise, and occasional warehouse exposure.
Pass a drug test prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Onyx, Asanti, PosterShop, or Production House preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate large-format printers and software (ONYX/Asanti) to produce final printed materials.
Collaborate with layout artists to ensure print files are accurate and production-ready.
Review jobs for color accuracy, numbering, sizes, and other specifications before printing.
Coordinate with production staff, project managers, and sales to align production needs.
Support project tracking, labeling, finishing, and logistics tasks.
Assist the Graphics Production Manager in maintaining print standards and operational procedures.
