About The Position

Responsible for efficiently producing printed forms, brochures and books including all associated bindery work necessary to complete orders.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate high speed digital color and B/W printers, folders, cutter, and other finishing equipment as necessary.
  • Performs necessary quality checks to ensure color consistency, print clarity and conformance of printed materials.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance, calibrations, repairs and troubleshooting on printer and finishing equipment.
  • Use workflow software to effectively prioritize schedule, prepare jobs for production, enter in appropriate charges and track jobs throughout the printing and finishing processes.
  • Completes assigned daily cleaning and record keeping within the department. This may include, but not be limited to: individual work area, other printing equipment used, and storage areas.
  • Monitor supply levels of consumable products and communicate needs to ensure inventory is maintained.
  • Process, sort, stage, track, and distribute physical and digital mail while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and established service standards.
