As a Print Technician, you'll work alongside an innovative, fast-paced, and ambitious team of Falkers. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others while also working independently to meet deadlines and keep projects moving. You embrace technology, enjoy solving problems, and are excited to help transform the construction industry through Digital Component Construction. This is a full-time position with a regular Monday through Friday schedule.
Requirements
- Experience in large format printing and/or manufacturing is required.
- Comfortable using various computer programs related to work duties and printer function.
- Able to lift up to 50lb.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to excellence and quality of service.
- High school diploma.
Responsibilities
- Operation of roll-to-roll large format digital printers.
- Prepping and cleaning substrates for print.
- Accurately completing work orders and documenting progress.
- Digital colour matching per client specifications.
- Troubleshooting printing and equipment problems and concerns.
- Ongoing quality control.
- Packaging materials for shipping.
- Maintaining worksite cleanliness and safety, including equipment maintenance.
- Maintaining consistent communication with management to relay progress, concerns, and escalating urgent issues.
- Other duties as directed by the production manager.
