The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial print workflows, exceptional organizational skills, and high-touch communication to support retail location launches, campaign execution, and day-to-day client requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years in client services, print production management, or prepress operations.
  • Strong practical understanding of print substrates, paper stocks, laminates, specialty finishes, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital asset workflows, web-to-print/POD systems (e.g., InkCloud, AW Connect, or similar ERP/WMS platforms), variable data printing (VDP), and prepress file preparation.
  • Outstanding organizational and calendar management skills with a track record of handling strict deadlines in high-touch retail or commercial print environments.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, internal prepress/production teams, and offshore support staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable troubleshooting artwork, variable templates, and order management software.
  • Ability to be onsite at the Atlanta facility up to 25% as needed, with independent travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee new POD item setups, capturing complete job specifications (JobDoc) for integration across AW Connect and InkCloud platforms.
  • Manage new artwork files from clients; upload and route art files and job documentation to Prepress for pre-flighting, templating, and variable data creation (via internal servers or InkCloud).
  • Coordinate with offshore and internal teams to load item specifications into Item Manager; secure prepress thumbnails and ensure accurate item setup.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of variable data templates and static artwork in production environments; collaborate directly with clients to clarify variable data rules and approve final template setups.
  • Perform testing and physical verification for new or modified substrate products to guarantee production compatibility; troubleshoot artwork and template issues during production runs.
  • Recommend optimal paper substrates, finishing options, and manufacturing paths to achieve desired client outcomes while managing budget and production efficiency.
  • Oversee seasonal client pushes, managing the distribution of physical proofs, inspecting final proofs for accuracy, and confirming proper version control before full production release.
  • Act as the administrative approver for new user access in production environments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing print, grand openings, and location launch events.
  • Execute defined client tasks, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), campaign objectives, and program specifications are fully realized.
  • Serve as an extended partner to client teams, delivering expert recommendations on project execution, materials, and inventory planning.
  • Monitor SKU inventory levels and ordering trends for standard stocks to ensure successful, on-time grand openings and retail launches.
  • Provide regular direction to the Client Support Team and coordinate requests across internal departments (prepress, production, distribution).
  • Perform monthly variance tracking, complete quality-check invoicing for accuracy, and partner with the Client Services Manager to identify revenue growth and mitigate client health risks.
