About The Position

Maintains and completes all printing jobs requested by hospital departments in a timely manner. Projects an image of professionalism and supports the Materials Service Mission. Communicates with requesting departments and maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned, which may include supporting roles under the Support Services Departments (Mailroom & Transport). Cross-training in other positions is an expectation.

Requirements

  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Knowledge of shop safety with regards to the operations of the various printshop equipment, i.e. hole driller, paper cutter, folding machine, heavy-duty electric stapler, preferred.
  • Available to work weekends or overtime when requested.
  • Customer Service, Phone Support, Multitasking skills to complete all work orders in a timely manner.
  • Experience operating Konica photocopy machines, troubleshooting mechanical problems, and communicating problems to the vendor for resolution preferred.
  • Valid California driver’s license required for those who are authorized to operate Hoag vehicles.
