The Print + Production Coordinator will work closely with other agency departments such as Project Management, Account Management and the Design Team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the quality standards of our clients. They will collaborate with designers to format artwork, ensure print quality standards are met, and will often collect, process and organize files. The Print Production Coordinator won’t necessarily make major design decisions — they will take final design files and set them up for final production. They will thoroughly review all files ensuring that the specs, color settings and file types are correct. They will ensure every detail is in perfect order before packaging and sending off to the vendor or client.
