About The Position

Print Production Webster, NY (onsite) 12+ Months Contract M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Qualifications Client is seeking a reliable Digital Print Production Operator to run digital print and finishing equipment in our Webster, NY print shop. This hands-on role supports production and customer deliverables by operating equipment, troubleshooting issues, maintaining quality, and managing workflow with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate digital production and finishing equipment (e.g., high-volume printers, paper cutters, laminators, inserters, hole punchers). Receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs. Prepare, wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product. Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production. Process forms, update information, and use PC applications. Sort and scan hardcopy materials into printed or digital format (application-specific training provided). Track incoming jobs — estimate, schedule, and follow through to completion. Store customer files for reuse, including file backup and indexing. Inspect files for potential issues (fonts, images, resolution, registration). Maintain supplies, collect meter reads, and submit reporting logs for billing. Perform routine operator maintenance on equipment. Provide minimal end-user training on equipment as needed. May assist with process or template development, and operate mail folding/insert equipment as required. Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; post-high school technology training or experience required. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service setting; experience with digital production equipment in a print shop environment preferred. Intermediate computer competency with PC and network devices. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to navigate web browsers, email, import/export files, basic spreadsheet functions (sort, filter, formulas, graphs). Comfortable with file/document conversion and basic math (multiplication, division, percentages). Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in team settings. Business-mature, professional attitude. Additional Information Able to lift upto 50lbs Compensation: USD19.00 - USD19.00 - hourly

Requirements
