About The Position

Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Center Associate to support daily print center operations. This role involves operating print and finishing equipment, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting a fast-paced production environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in print production, copy center, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience with print center operations and finishing equipment strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Adobe software is a plus
  • Some copy/print job experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required per client policy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good PC and basic technical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic mathematical and filing skills
  • Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment
  • Comfortable learning new equipment and processes
  • Office and production environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels
  • Work assignments may vary and require interpreting and applying detailed instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50–55 lbs
  • Ability to push or pull equipment on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs for repositioning or repairs
  • Walking between buildings may be required
  • Moderate manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
  • Able to lift upto 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Operate print production and finishing equipment, including bindery and post-production tools
  • Support daily print center operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work
  • Prepare, package, and process multiple outbound shipments daily
  • Lift and move outbound packages (up to 50 lbs per box) and materials as required
  • Operate equipment primarily from a standing position
  • Learn and operate a wide range of bindery and print production equipment
  • Maintain organization of work areas and production materials
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and onsite clients
  • Follow all safety, security, and site-specific procedures
