About The Position

The Print Packer works on night shifts in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment, helping produce and package plastic horticultural containers. No previous manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. The role involves keeping production running smoothly, inspecting product quality, and counting, packing, and labeling finished items. The position includes an additional $2 per hour night shift premium, benefits, and paid time off and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to remain active during the shift, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work closely with others.
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help keep production running smoothly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality; training is provided.
• Count, pack, and label finished items.
• Follow work instructions and record basic information.
• Work with the team while supporting a safe work environment.
