About The Position

Print/Insert Team Lead Labcorp is seeking a Print/Insert Team Lead to join our team at Graham NC. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Oversee production operations at the direction of management. Prepare presort mail for daily pickup and backup truck loading operations as needed. Create, maintain and communicate SOP (standards of procedure) documentation and train production operators when new procedures are implemented. Maintain inventory levels and order weekly production supplies. Receive and unload production supplies from inbound trucks and organize warehouse inventory. Bring supplies from warehouse to floor to accommodate daily production. Document production volume data for daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheet reporting. Work with other department team leads and management for staffing as needed to accommodate production deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Comply with company policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by anyone authorized to give instructions or assignments. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year or more experience in production operations and machine operator 1 year or more experience as a team or shift leader, lead operator or quality inspection Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more Supervisory / Team Lead experience Additional Job Standards Must be able to use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts. It requires frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and using repetitive motions of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle, or feel; reach with arms and hands for extended periods. Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Requirements
