Print Finishing Associate - 2nd Shift
About The Position
The Print Finishing Associate assists in all activities in our Bindery/Print Finishing Department to assemble a finished product, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required.
- Ability to assist with bindery equipment, including cutters, stitchers, drills, grommets, and hand tools.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic work instructions.
- Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs regularly.
Nice To Haves
- Printing or bindery experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Get daily assignments from the Team Lead.
- Help produce accurate, high-quality products.
- Meet production quantity goals.
- Load products onto skids and prepare them for shipment.
- Label, tag, and move finished products to staging or shipping areas.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Complete required paperwork accurately.
- Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
