About The Position

The Print Center Specialist is responsible for preparing customer supplied artwork and digital files for print production. This role ensures all files meet technical printing requirements, including proper formatting, color management, imposition, proofing, and quality control. This role will help support the print needs of all US and Canadian business units and be responsible for ensuring high-quality and timely production ranging from routine transactional production to sales promotions and special orders. This role will also be involved in projects to modernize methods, procedures, and systems for production. This position will work closely with the Print center Manager and the Print Center supervisor to implement workflow improvements and replacements of pre-press software to ensure the Print & Mail Center operations align with standard practices across the industry. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. This role is not remote/hybrid and will report to our Cleveland, OH Hinckley Parkway office location.

Requirements

  • Ability to prepare customer supplied artwork and digital files for print production.
  • Knowledge of technical printing requirements, including proper formatting, color management, imposition, proofing, and quality control.
  • Ability to support print needs of US and Canadian business units.
  • Ability to ensure high-quality and timely production.
  • Involvement in projects to modernize methods, procedures, and systems for production.
  • Ability to work closely with Print Center Manager and Supervisor to implement workflow improvements and software replacements.
