About The Position

The Print Center Manager assists the Center Manager in the daily operations of the retail location and drives print sales initiatives. Responsibilities include opening and closing the center, managing productivity, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring costs, and contributing to reports. The role involves profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery, personnel management, and business development. The ideal candidate possesses a dynamic personality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets. A high school diploma or GED is required, with college coursework or a degree preferred. One year of retail store operations experience, one year of retail print shop experience, excellent computer skills, and the physical ability to perform job duties are also necessary.

  • One year of retail print shop experience
  • Excellent computer/internet/software knowledge
  • The physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.)
  • Ability to listen, follow, lead, and help the Center Manager attain defined targets
  • Dynamic personality
  • Ability to help motivate a team to optimize performance
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Strong customer service skills and abilities
  • Is currently or able to become a Notary in the State of Ohio

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework or a degree preferred
  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school desired
  • One year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or other relevant industry
  • One year of retail print shop experience preferred
  • P&L experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Helps with personnel management, which includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates
  • Schedules work assignments and helps facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings
  • Monitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Helps develop and implement the store marketing program
  • Helps manage Center financial and prepare/provide reporting
  • Manages inventory
  • Reviews daily employee time-sheets and submits for payroll processing
  • Helps oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned
