Raytheon is seeking a successful candidate to be tasked with pc supply controller responsibilities within the Materials Management Organization in supporting factories located in McKinney, Texas. This role supports programs that operate in a fast-paced environment and requires an individual that forms data driven decisions that will support the factory. The successful candidate will operate in multiple shop floor control and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production schedule.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
SAP Kinaxis, CMES or similar software or other Material Requirements Planning Tools.
Knowledge and experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI)
Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering or related manufacturing engineering ideally in a government contractor environment similar to Raytheon Technologies·
Ability to perform material inventory audits and movement of material within the factory and building. Must be able to lift per RTX EHS Lifting Guidelines.·
U.S. Citizenship is required as the position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Responsibilities

Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements
Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed
Weekly input of material updates on applicable reporting tools.
Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build
Reporting on and troubleshooting MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary
Conducting quarterly physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system
Expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
Performing movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other area) as needed
Responsible for maintaining stacked LOB and extracting impact data for weekly analysis in support of IPT/PPR meetings with programs
Attend and support weekly program and factory meetings
