About The Position
Seeking a Power Automate consultant to identify and automate manual business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate AI initiatives across the Foundation. This role involves automating high-volume manual processes such as shared mailbox management, invoice workflows, reporting, approvals, and notifications. The consultant will identify 7-10 automation opportunities, recommend improved approaches, and lead the development, testing, deployment, optimization, and knowledge transfer for these solutions. Additionally, the role will support AI and Power Platform initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of automation/application development experience
- Deep hands-on Power Automate expertise in enterprise environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 integration experience (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Ability to independently assess processes, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide documentation/training
Responsibilities
