About The Position

As Principal, you will build upon this strong foundation by leading a talented team of educators, fostering meaningful family partnerships, and cultivating a culture where children, families, and staff feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed. Your leadership will ensure an outstanding educational experience and continued success for every member of the school community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
• An awarded Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, Infant and Toddler, Program Administration, or School Age and Youth Care; or a Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE or Child Development, and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
• An Associate degree or higher (including a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of six (6) months of childcare experience; or
• A Bachelor’s degree in a field other than Early Childhood Education or Child Development and a minimum of three (3) months of childcare experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Georgia regulations.
