ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Value Engineering Manager at LVT, you will build and scale a robust Value Engineering practice and engagement model across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Operating as a critical individual contributor, you will design the frameworks, financial models, and value-selling methodologies that enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to lead sophisticated, executive-level business conversations. Your work will directly empower our revenue teams to articulate and quantify the strategic impact of LVT’s intelligent site technology, driving enterprise adoption and expansion. This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, with regular travel required (typically under 25%) to partner with account teams and interface with enterprise customers.
