About The Position

Oracle Health is seeking a Principal UX Designer to help shape the future of AI-enabled clinical experiences across our healthcare platform. This role is focused on designing intuitive, intelligent, and connected experiences that help clinicians deliver exceptional patient care while reducing cognitive burden, administrative complexity, and unnecessary manual work. We are looking for an exceptional individual contributor who is equally passionate about design craft, systems thinking, and solving some of healthcare's most complex workflow challenges. As a Principal Designer, you'll lead through influence, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical stakeholders, Research, and fellow designers to define experience strategy, drive vision to execution with high craft, and raise the quality bar across the organization. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across multiple teams, has an impeccable sense of aesthetic and design judgement, and can connect disparate products into cohesive end-to-end experiences. As AI continues to reshape healthcare, you'll play a central role in designing AI-enabled clinical workflows that help clinicians spend less time navigating technology and more time caring for patients.
