Job Summary This role is responsible for designing and deploying tailored voice solutions based on customer-provided requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technologies and systems integration, with the ability to build custom interfaces between voice platforms and customer systems, data sources, or SaaS applications. Requirements

  • Experience with voice platforms, PBX systems, and SIP trunking
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols: SIP, RTP, SDP, TLS
  • Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common SaaS connectors (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAML/OIDC)
  • Familiarity with SQL and database technologies
  • Experience with security protocols protecting data in transit and at rest
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Bash)
  • Solid knowledge of Linux systems and command-line tools
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, VLANs, and routing
  • Experience with packet analyzers and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to document architectural designs using diagrams and workflows
  • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments
  • Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, incident reporting, and customer interaction
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and drive a superior customer experience
  • Team-oriented with a professional demeanor and adaptability under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in VoIP systems engineering or voice application development

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and design customized voice solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and deploy integrations between voice platforms and customer systems, including databases, APIs, and SaaS applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across voice and data environments
  • Document integration architecture, workflows, and deployment procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks and best practices
