About The Position

TBD- Product/TPM for Autonomy. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for functional areas of the autonomous system and the markets for launch. The position requires leading executives and key partners through complex decisions to achieve strategic goals, synthesizing technical and analytical insights with product intuition to drive roadmap investments, and communicating effectively with engineering teams, partners, and leadership. The role also includes creating and maintaining data infrastructure, coordinating execution across AV engineering teams in an applied research setting, and identifying/leading improvements to team innovation and approach for scalability.

Requirements

6+ years of proven success as a technical contributor leading development in robotics or similar industries - at least 2 of which are within the autonomous vehicle industry
Ability to generate crucial insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis
In-depth knowledge of modern software development and machine learning engineering practices
MS in electrical, computer, or robotics engineering or equivalent technical experience
Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written, with engineers, non-technical partners, and executives
Thrive in ambiguity, crafting simplicity and order
Creativity and curiosity: you're driven to find novel solutions and push forward an entire industry

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience in robotics or similar industries
Experience with highly technical product management
Experience developing safety critical software

Synthesize technical and analytical insights with product intuition to formulate compelling roadmap investments and adjust quickly to new information
Secure commitment and support for your roadmap through detailed and thoughtful communication with engineering teams, key partners and executive leaders
Work across the organization to create and maintain the data infrastructure needed to make decisions and do your job
Consistently deliver results through coordinated execution across AV engineering teams in an applied research setting with significant experimentation
