About The Position

This role is for a highly skilled and hands-on Test Framework Software Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of AI hardware platforms. The focus is on building scalable automation frameworks, translating hardware specifications into test solutions, and enabling efficient validation across development and production environments. The team collaborates closely with hardware, systems, and product engineering teams to ensure high-quality validation of complex AI systems, operating across hardware platforms, system validation, and production test environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven Experience in automation systems, test frameworks, or infrastructure.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments and hardware testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable, and reliable automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with test orchestration systems or automation infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Background in AI hardware, embedded systems, or BMC environments.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into manufacturing or deployment systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and extend test automation frameworks for hardware qualification and validation.
  • Translate hardware specifications into scalable, maintainable automated test suites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage meets product and quality requirements.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in automation frameworks across environments and platforms.
  • Develop tooling to process, analyze, and visualize test data for actionable insights.
  • Optimize test execution efficiency and improve validation methodologies.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and insights to engineering stakeholders.
