About The Position

As a Test Engineer at MKS Andover, you will partner with R&D, Engineering, Product management, Applications, and customers to develop and support vacuum valves. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by contributing to the design and development of advanced products for Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of high purity vacuum systems
• Knowledge and experience with particle metrology for semiconductor processing equipment
• Knowledge and experience of product testing in an R&D environment
• BS Engineering Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years experience, preferably with Semiconductor Equipment
• System Design and integration skills involving mechanical, pneumatic, controls, and Labview

Nice To Haves

• Experience Semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Experience with valves for high vacuum equipment
• Experience with on wafer particle metrology

Responsibilities

• Design and Build test equipment for vacuum valves.
• Design, execute and document performance and life tests
• Specify requirements for clean room facilities
• Specify requirements for high purity cleaning equipment
• Design, specify, and execute test methods for particle metrology
