We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea counts. If you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career alongside people who are just as passionate as you are, you’re in the right place. Who We Are In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. This is something our employees work at each day and is defined by our values: Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. If you are passionate about solving real-world problems and ideating beside the best and the brightest, we invite you to join us! This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to impact. Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together. You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters. Job Summary Act as the Incident Commander for friction and the Architect of future growth. Your mandate is to protect the Engineering roadmap by filtering noise and resolving high-stakes escalations, while simultaneously partnering with the TPE team to drive early-stage technologies from 'Project' to 'Field Ready'. You ensure that when we win, we win systematically.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Technical Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Escalation Engineering.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape (SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Cloud Security).
  • Proven ability to lead 'Red Account' situations to resolution.
  • Experience as a Solution Architect, Escalation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between R&D (Product/Eng) and the Field (Sales/CS).

Nice To Haves

  • Deep technical expertise with the Cortex stack.
  • Ability to manage pressure from customer and internal stakeholders, translating that into clear technical tasks for engineering teams.
  • A 'closer' mindset with an understanding that a POC is complete when the deal closes, not just when the code works.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary triage point for high-stakes/Red Account technical friction, distinguishing issues for TPE Teams versus those requiring extensive intervention.
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure systemic problem resolution and prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Define technical success requirements for product and solution beta programs.
  • Work with the staff programs lead and technical product engineering team to define the technical requirements and outcomes for Cortex solutions.
  • Own the strategic playbook for future platform transitions, proactively identifying technical hurdles and defining the 'Golden Path' for customers.

Benefits

  • The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
