  • Highly proficient in building and managing integrated project plans, tracking risk and performance, and driving execution through influence
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to translate complex requirements across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational awareness and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, supply chain, or a related technical discipline
  • 8+ years in technical program management, supplier development, or complex hardware integration
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally, for supplier engagement and coordination activities

Nice To Haves

  • Background in radar, RF systems, aerospace, automotive, or complex electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Arena or Windchill
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira)
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid program execution models
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience driving process or framework improvements across internal and supplier teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives involving made-to-spec hardware, components, and processes across supplier and internal engineering teams
  • Define and manage comprehensive development plans, integrating technical milestones, supplier readiness, and risk mitigation
  • Drive technology feasibility reviews and supplier evaluations, partnering with engineering and sourcing teams to qualify new capabilities
  • Oversee integration of custom supplier deliverables into internal development efforts, ensuring alignment on quality, timing, and validation
  • Assess and mature supplier processes, capabilities, and metrics to ensure repeatable, scalable development
  • Promote structured collaboration and alignment across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
  • Lead post-integration reviews to drive continuous improvement in internal and external processes
