OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level.

Requirements

6+ years relevant work experience in program/project management
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or relevant
Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
High ownership with a strong bias for action

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
Understanding of datacenter operations, networking, server racking ingestion/installation, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
