As a Principal TPM, you won’t just manage a backlog—you will define how AI scales across our enterprise, collaborating with world-class research scientists and engineers to turn bleeding-edge AI into robust, production-grade platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a proven track record of shipping platform-level products.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams without direct authority.
Advanced knowledge of the modern AI stack (e.g., Vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton Inference Server).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
Deep understanding of Agile/XP and Lean Product Design applied specifically to highly experimental R&D or platform engineering environments.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance cutting-edge AI experimentation with enterprise-grade reliability, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, product strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle management for core AI products, transforming complex corporate strategy into executable, high-impact product roadmaps.
Serve as the central technical bridge bridging AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product teams to ship sophisticated AI capabilities.
Drive the product requirements for high-throughput, low-latency architectures—ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
Oversee the continuous benchmarking, fine-tuning, and upgrading of models and agent frameworks to maintain market leadership and technical excellence.
Navigate highly ambiguous, unprecedented technical challenges in the AI space, leveraging deep analytical frameworks to resolve complex system bottlenecks, alignment issues, and infrastructure constraints.
