Responsibilities

  • Ensure cybersecurity controls are seamlessly embedded into enterprise systems, aligning security with business goals and reducing risk across the organization.
  • Conduct system engineering and research to develop forward-thinking solutions that enhance cybersecurity posture and support evolving business needs.
  • Design hardware, operating systems, and applications to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are met from the ground up.
  • Oversee authorized penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities proactively, enabling the organization to fortify its defenses.
  • Provide input on budgeting, forecasting, and procurement to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage employees and contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor, coach, and manage performance to empower team members to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully.
  • Apply Business Relationship Management practices to cultivate strong stakeholder partnerships that drive impactful, technology-enabled outcomes.
