About The Position

iTech AG is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Principal Technical Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering advanced ServiceNow SecOps implementations. This role combines deep technical skill with strategic leadership, ensuring large-scale, high-impact deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Vulnerability Response (VR) experience
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale SecOps implementations.
• Expertise in VR architecture, data modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Strong scripting, integration, and platform development background.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes. Experience designing integrations and custom platform solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-VR certifications
• Pursuant to a government clearance, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Platform Analytics, and SecOps integrations.
• Architect end-to-end SecOps solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
• Lead complex workshops, provide expert guidance on system design, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Configure advanced workflows, automations, and integrations with security tools and enterprise systems.
• Oversee technical quality across sprints, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant configurations.
• Mentor technical teams and support strategic roadmap planning with customer leadership.
