About The Position

As a Principal  System Setup & Integration Analyst, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client. You will also participate and lead, in the gathering and identifying client’s business requirements from users, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirements documents, noticeable user cases and process diagrams. You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products are being developed to comply with clients’ needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Principal Software System Setup & Integration Analyst leads a team that performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. You will continue to sharpen your skills in consulting, leadership, client relationships, and the knowledge of our products by taking training courses and maintaining certifications. As a Principal System Setup & Integration Analyst, you’ll be responsible for solutioning and handling complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges while communicating roadblocks. The Principal System Setup & Integration Analyst will be able to write complex formulas that leverage mathematical or programming skills. Requirements

  • 8+ Years experience in enterprise WorkForce Software implementations
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL
  • Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role
  • Familiarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel

  • Ability to work on a dynamic, client-focused team and establish excellent working relationships
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management
  • Experience providing application support for complex software systems

Responsibilities

  • Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools. Ability to use the correct database naming conventions, customize templates, troubleshoot settings, and properly sequence of the product settings.
  • Resolve complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges, utilizing complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills when needed. Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations with relevant communication during key phases of the project life cycle. This includes leading and participating in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client in meetings and client workshops, supporting the client in all test phases.
  • Ability to pull team together and drive results without being directed; take ownership of client engagement through all phases by understanding the project scope and implementation approach, identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as proposals and scope of work, including discovery with prospects and writing of SOWs.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Participate in internal initiatives, including process improvement and rollout strategy, and the identification of opportunities to improve product offerings based on client feedback
