About The Position

As a Principal Technical Business Developer, you will serve as the senior individual contributor and subject matter expert for capital equipment sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management. You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle — from supplier identification and RFQ execution through contract award and delivery — for high-value equipment, automation systems, tooling, and more. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will be the technical procurement authority for the organization. You will partner closely with partner teams across the organization to ensure material readiness and targets are met as the project progresses. You will set the standard for how procurement operates and guide sourcing managers and buyers through thought leadership and process design.
