This role will report to the Talent Programs Director for the Global Business Office. The Principal Talent Development Partner will design, develop, deliver, and measure talent development and enablement experiences that support GBO business priorities. Working closely with HRBPs and cross-functional partners, this role translates business strategy into impactful learning solutions that build critical skills and strengthen organizational health. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and scaling programs that meet evolving talent needs in a fast-paced, global environment. We're seeking someone who is curious, embraces experimentation, and adapts quickly to changing business needs - using data, feedback, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve how learning and talent development create business impact.
