About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Inventory Management Program within the Supply Chain Operations organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, this individual contributor will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for minimizing inventory exposure across OCI's rapidly expanding global infrastructure supply chain. The role focuses on identifying inventory risks early, developing mitigation strategies, improving inventory health, and partnering across Supply Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Data Center Operations to optimize inventory investment while supporting business growth. This role requires deep expertise in supply planning, inventory management, lifecycle planning, and data analytics. The successful candidate will combine strong business judgment with analytical rigor to develop scalable processes, actionable insights, and cross-functional strategies that reduce excess inventory, prevent obsolescence, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
