About The Position

You’ll work across teams, partner with leadership, and turn complex data into actionable strategies that drive real business outcomes.If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building from the ground up, and seeing your work implemented—not just analyzed—this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data science, or advanced business analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (required)
  • Proven experience building predictive models, simulations, and optimization solutions from scratch
  • Strong experience working with messy or incomplete data and turning it into actionable insights
  • Ability to connect technical analysis to real-world business decisions and outcomes
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (for collaboration with BI teams, not heavy reporting)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in supply chain, inventory management, or operations is a plus—but strong technical candidates can learn the domain

Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced models from scratch to improve inventory availability, forecasting, and supply chain performance
  • Develop dynamic frameworks to track and predict inventory across the network, especially during peak demand periods.
  • Create structured, data-driven approaches to support capex investment decisions
  • Analyze supply and demand trends and proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses across supply chain, operations, and planning to uncover root causes and drive improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into action and influence business decisions
  • Present complex analytical findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable way.
  • Guide and influence BI teams on reporting needs while focusing on advanced analytics and model development
  • Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and technologies to improve supply chain performance
