Overview: The Subscription Manager (SM) at PTC is pivotal in driving the growth and retention of annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the Subscription Management Sales Organization. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, they ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting PTC’s vision across the ecosystem. In this exciting role, you will be part of the Subscription Management Team which falls under the Customer Success organization. You will work directly with customers and collaborate with the entire PTC ecosystem to secure on time renewals and ARR.
